The electoral Debate a 5 organized by the TV Academy and broadcasted by a total of 11 networks, among them the generalist channels La 1, Antena 3 and laSexta, swept the board with 8.6 million viewers and a 52.7% share of the screen in total.

La 1 was the preferred channel to follow the debate, gathering 3.4 million viewers and soaring in the evening to a 20.8% share of the screen, thus beating the two main private channels that also broadcast the debate.

Atresmedia prefers to keep the group figure, which favors it by adding the audience gathered by Antena 3 (2.2 million and 13.6%) and laSexta (2.1 million and 13%). In total, the group reached 4.3 million viewers and a 26.6% share.

In any case, it was a first-rate television event that surpassed 8.6 million viewers, below the 8.8 million of the first debate and the 9.4 million of the second debate in April.
